About ... Irinikos Villa

Irinikos Villa is a 90 square meter property built between 2003 and 2004. It is finished internally and externally in the traditional white colour and texture used throughout Crete. All external doors and windows are double-glazed and fitted with French louvre shutters, offering protection from the summer sun.

The Villa has light terra cotta tile flooring throughout. High rafted ceilings in the living area are finished in natural pine, as are all rooms of the villa. Covered pergolas to the front and sides of the villa provide shady seating areas next to the private swimming pool. Irinikos Villa is almost north / south facing and as such, the pool, patio areas and the gardens receive sunlight throughout the day. Hot water for the villa is provided by solar power supplemented by a 4Kw electric immersion heater.

An access road leads up to the villa, situated on top of the hill, to a separate parking area sufficient for one or two cars. The modern kitchen has facilities to prepare for every type of meal. Fitted with a large fridge, a separate freezer, an electric oven, a ceramic hob and extractor hood, a microwave, and all the kitchen utensils needed to cater for up to 6 guests. Should you choose to wash clothing during your stay, a washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also available.
