The warm south Mediterranean climate allows us to make Irinikos villa available to you for rental throughout the year. We are also able to cater for long term (3 months +) rental as well.

The aim of our web site is to provide you with as much information about the Villa Rental as possible and to give you an insight into the culture, sights and the traditional foods of the island itself.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and with a separate family bathroom as well. Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen areas are designed to maximise space where all the family can relax.

Furniture throughout the villa is traditionally designed and locally crafted. The villa also has private swimming pool ensuring your holiday has everything you need to relax and enjoy this island in the sun. Irinikos villa is located on the outskirts of Roumeli about 1.5 Km from Panormo, a local tourist fishing village not yet spoilt by the mass commercialisation of larger resorts.

Roumeli and Panormo are well located geographically offering stunning views and many tourist attractions. Heraklion or Chania airports are both about 50 minutes away by car. The villa is well within walking distance of several local tavernas and cafenions, a new supermarket, an internet cafe and a small casino. All are welcoming, friendly and very reasonably priced !

Irinikos Villa is a traditionally designed, comfortable and relaxing holiday home. An ideally suited villa for families wishing to escape the more commercialised package holidays. It is ideally equipped for all seeking a self catering holiday.
